After completion of her internship at Graduate Hospital,
Philadelphia, PA,
she finished her surgical training at Drexel University,
College of Medicine
(Hahnemann University Hospital), Philadelphia, PA.
With a particular interest in breast cancer surgery,
she takes pride in
empowering her patients, giving them the knowledge
they need to make an
informed decision about their breast surgery.
Some women prefer a female surgeon, as many women
feel that female breast
surgeon's might be better able to understand the needs
of other women.
Besides breast surgery, Dr. Nituica performs laparoscopic
surgery,
gallbladder surgery, hernia surgery, bowel surgery,
soft tissue surgery and
hemodialysis access.
